Always include your return and refund policies on your site that tell the user that applying for a refund will not make them go through multiple procedures or anything. This will help you gain the trust of your users, and increase your sales to compensate for your returns.

6) Increase site speed

Slow-loading websites adversely affect the conversion rates; even a slight delay of one or two seconds can push the audience away. For maximum website conversion rates, designers must ensure that their sites load as quickly as possible.

7) Minimize distractions

If you include compelling Call-to-actions, but they are drowned in the middle of other attractive or engaging content, the chances are that you have divided the user attention and consequently, reduced the chances of a higher conversion rate. Additional information on a site is essential but keeping it as less as possible can help you boost your conversion.

8) Add testimonials and reviews

Adding testimonials and customer reviews on your landing pages offer your visitors a social proof that your brand is reliable. It reduces the risk associated with any activity that they do on your site, and hence, motivates them to take action.

Adding seamless navigation to a page should be every designer’s priority. It will assist the users in easily making their way around the page and get to what they were searching for.

16) Use simple language

When designing content, the needs of the users must be kept in mind. Since the majority of the users must have low reading levels, using too much of fancy vocabulary or complicated sentences will alienate a great proportion of them. It is advisable to use simple language that is easier to get across to a large number of people.
